1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CaliforniaEscape.com (the “Site”), operated by California Escape LLC (“California Escape,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or our services.
2. Nature of Service
CaliforniaEscape.com is an educational and referral platform owned and operated by California Escape LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company. We are not a real estate brokerage in the State of California or any other jurisdiction, and we do not act as an agent or fiduciary for users. Our role is to provide relocation-related educational information and to facilitate introductions to independent, licensed third-party professionals (“Partners”) who may assist with relocation-related services.
3. User Consent & Acknowledgment
By clicking “Generate My Dossier” or submitting any form on this Site, you acknowledge and agree that CaliforniaEscape.com may contact you and may route your inquiry to a qualified third-party real estate professional or firm assigned to your destination market. Communications may occur via phone, text message, or email, and are intended solely to assist with your relocation inquiry.
You understand that your information may be shared with a vetted Partner from our professional network, which may include, but is not limited to, nationally recognized brokerages or independent firms, in order to provide appropriate local expertise.
4. TCPA Consent
By submitting your phone number and clicking “Generate My Dossier,” you provide express written consent for California Escape LLC and its assigned Partners (including individual agents or affiliated brokerage firms) to contact you via phone calls, text messages (including automated or prerecorded messages), and email regarding your relocation inquiry, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying “STOP.”
5. Professional Disclosures
- Florida Licensing: Braden Harman is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida (License #SL3629456) affiliated with RE/MAX Heritage. California Escape LLC itself is not a real estate brokerage.
- Referral Fees: California Escape LLC may receive referral fees, marketing fees, or other compensation from third-party real estate agents or service providers if you choose to engage their services as a result of an introduction made through the Site.
- No Financial or Legal Advice: Any information provided on or through the Site related to finances, taxes, precious metals, “equity swaps,” or similar topics is for general educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.
6. Commission Transparency
In accordance with applicable industry regulations, including 2026 National Association of Realtors (NAR) settlement rules and Florida real estate laws, all real estate commissions and fees are fully negotiable between you and any third-party professional you choose to engage. California Escape LLC does not set, control, or mandate commission rates or fee structures for its referral partners.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee the performance, availability, pricing, or outcomes of any referred real estate agent, brokerage, lender, or service provider. You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any third-party professional and for conducting your own independent due diligence before entering into any representation or service agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, California Escape LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, reliance on information provided, or interactions with any third-party Partner, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
